At Teepee Marketing we recognise the time sensitivity of print and the responsibility we have to ensure that we achieve our deadlines. Everyone at Teepee Marketing is dedicated to ensuring that every job we do is completed on time. For us late dispatch is simply unacceptable. We offer a DOUBLE CREDIT GUARANTEE on guaranteed turnaround time on ALL our products. We offer various service levels:

All our work is handled at Express Speed. We show the Express turnaround for each product throughout this website. If we fail to dispatch your printing or don't have it ready in the quoted time we will supply the work and DOUBLE CREDIT the amount paid for the print element of the job. (This is applied as a credit to your Teepee Marketing account for use against future orders).

Super Express Service

For a 50% premium over our Express Rates we will dispatch in half the normal delivery time - that's just two working days from order for leaflets and gloss laminated business cards! Our DOUBLE CREDIT GUARANTEE applies.

Ultimate Speed Service

For ultimate speed, at a 100% premium on our standard rates, we offer a SAME DAY printing service for artwork supplied fully designed. The origination and payment must arrive before 11.00 am. The job will be printed and dispatched in the same day (or may be collected by arrangement). This service is available on selected items only. Please phone for details. Our DOUBLE CREDIT GUARANTEE applies.

Service Guarantee Terms

1. Our terms are payment with order.

2. Turnaround times quoted WILL NOT include the day that we receive your order unless:

a) Your order & payment is received by guaranteed post or some other guaranteed service by 11.00 am.

b) Your order is received by Email, FTP Upload or ISDN together with payment by 11.00 am.

c) Your job & payment is delivered to Teepee Marketing by hand before 11.00 am.

3. In order to achieve our turnarounds we require a proof with your work. Teepee Marketing will not be responsible for any errors in the printed work where these errors were also on the proof.

4. If we receive incomplete files, corrupt files or files which are of inadequate quality to use for print then we will 'stop the clock' on the turnaround until the problem is resolved.

5. Where printing is dispatched on time from Teepee Marketing but is delivered late due to a shortcoming of our carriers Teepee Marketing will credit back the cost of the carriage only.

6. Teepee Marketing working days are Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.

7. Teepee Marketing work hard to ensure the printing we supply is perfect. In the unlikely event of work being unacceptable due to a shortcoming at Teepee Marketing then we will urgently reprint or otherwise make the job good. Teepee Marketing are unable to both reprint & credit the same job.
